New NetControl software update supports the Mitsubishi projector line-up
Dallas, Texas, USA, June 23, 2004 - NetControl® software solutions will be presented at this year's InfoComm show (09 - 11 June) in Atlanta, Georgia - USA. NetControl software controls projector and LCD monitor equipment at the Sharp Electronics booth. NetControl is a software tool for audiovisual applications to assist in controlling and maintaining projectors and LCD monitors over an ordinary TCP/IP network.
With its latest software update NetControl® 1.5 supports many additional LCD/DLP projectors including 28 different Mitsubishi models. All NetControl® control tasks, such as event scheduling, anti-theft control, status reporting, E-mail notification and main projector control, are compatible with all supported Mitsubishi projectors with no additional programming required. The new update is a free update for registered users of the NetControl® Advanced Package.
The NetControl® 1.5 software gives you the ability to do remote maintenance of audiovisual equipment over a TCP/IP network without actually seeing the AV equipment. It is designed to run in 24/7 applications. NetControl® is compatible for use with Microsoft® Windows® 2000 and Microsoft® Windows® XP.
