NetControl™ manages
Sharp projectors and LCD monitors
QuickLogix’s NetControl software is controlling AV equipment at the CeBIT trade show
Cross Roads, Texas, USA, March 16, 2004 – NetControl™ software solutions will be presented at the CeBIT show (18 – 24 March) in Hannover, Germany. NetControl software controls projector and LCD monitor equipment at the Sharp Electronics (Europe) GmbH booth during this important trade show event. NetControl is a software tool for audiovisual applications to assist in controlling and maintaining projectors and LCD monitors over an ordinary TCP/IP network.
The motto of this year’s CeBIT show is “Tomorrow we’ll buy differently, sell differently, live differently and work differently”. QuickLogix’s NetControl™ software is an excellent example of tomorrow’s technology to manage and control audiovisual equipment over TCP/IP networks. CeBIT visitors can see all of the powerful control features of the NetControl software at the Sharp Electronics (Europe) GmbH booth (hall 1, booth no. 7A2). In addition to the control of single projectors and LCD monitors, NetControl is managing a 3 x 3 video wall application through its enhanced Event-Manager. The video wall is setup with Sharp’s latest LC-M3700 LCD monitors and presents a 12-minute reoccurring show. NetControl’s enhanced Event-Manager includes new commands for Sharp’s LC-M3700 monitor generation and an improved event cycle management.
NetControl™ software gives you the ability to do remote maintenance from your computer without actually seeing the AV device. It is designed to run in 24/7 applications. NetControl™ is compatible for use with Microsoft® Windows® 2000 and Microsoft® Windows® XP.
