We only can provide high quality support if we know enough system information. Please let us know the following system information in your e-mail:

  • Operating system
  • User rights
  • Used firewall and firewall settings
  • DHCP settings
  • IP addresses of your computer and the TCP/IP interfaces
  • Subnet Mask of your computer and the TCP/IP interfaces
