Location: Frisco, Texas, or remote
Role Overview
Join Bitlogix in developing intelligent digital twin platforms for modeling, simulating, and optimizing complex systems. You will build software that connects operational data, analytical models, and decision logic to support planning and real world operations across manufacturing, infrastructure, and industrial environments.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute throughout the development process, from system design and modeling through implementation, testing, and deployment.
What You Will Do
Design and develop software components for digital twin modeling, simulation, optimization, and scenario analysis.
Integrate operational data from IoT devices, sensors, enterprise platforms, and other data sources.
Translate system behavior, business rules, and mathematical models into dependable software.
Collaborate with software engineers, analytics specialists, and domain experts to develop complete decision support systems.
Improve software performance, scalability, testability, and maintainability.
Contribute to architecture decisions, code reviews, testing, technical documentation, and product improvement.
Develop and support software across Linux, Windows, and macOS environments.
Required Qualifications
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong software development experience with Python, including relevant libraries and frameworks such as NumPy, Pandas, and FastAPI.
A solid understanding of system modeling, data structures, software architecture, and performance considerations.
Experience with simulation frameworks such as SimPy, AnyLogic, or comparable technologies.
Experience using Git, application programming interfaces, and container based development environments.
The ability to analyze complex requirements, communicate technical decisions clearly, and work effectively with engineering and domain experts.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with C++ for computationally intensive or high performance software components.
Experience with optimization libraries and solvers such as Pyomo, Gurobi, or OR Tools.
Experience integrating IoT devices, sensor data, or operational systems.
Experience in industrial, manufacturing, supply chain, infrastructure, or related domains.
Familiarity with digital twin architectures, operations research, mathematical optimization, or decision support systems.
Location and Eligibility
This position may be based in Frisco, Texas, or performed remotely by qualified candidates worldwide. Employment arrangements depend on the candidate’s location and the requirements of the role and project.
