Bitlogix Logo Use Requirements

• Use the Bitlogix logo only in the form provided by Bitlogix.

• The logo may be resized proportionally, but it may not be stretched, compressed, cropped, rotated, recolored, redrawn, animated, or otherwise modified.

• Maintain sufficient clear space around the logo so that it remains visually distinct. Place the logo on a background that preserves adequate contrast and legibility.

• Do not add shadows, outlines, patterns, gradients, effects, taglines, or other elements to the logo.

• Do not use the logo within running text or as a substitute for the word Bitlogix in a headline, title, or sentence.

• Do not combine the logo with another name, logo, symbol, or design element. Do not incorporate it into the name, logo, product identity, publication identity, event identity, or visual identity of another organization.

• Do not use the logo as the principal or most prominent element of a communication unless Bitlogix has approved that use.

• When the logo is used as a hyperlink, it must direct to the official Bitlogix website unless Bitlogix has authorized another destination.

Approved Bitlogix Blue

Use the following color specifications when reproducing the approved blue Bitlogix logo:

Spot Color: Pantone 295 C
Process Color: Cyan 100%, Magenta 86%, Yellow 44%, Black 34%
RGB: Red 0, Green 40, Blue 85
HEX: #002855

Pantone 295 C is the controlling reference for spot color reproduction. The CMYK, RGB, and HEX values are the approved equivalents for process printing and digital applications. Color appearance may vary depending on the material, display, printing process, ink, and color profile used.

Digital Asset Use Guidelines

Bitlogix logos, product images, product photographs, partner marks, and other brand assets are owned by Bitlogix Corporation or used with permission. These materials are protected by applicable trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property laws.

The availability of an asset on this website does not transfer ownership or grant a general license to use it. Assets may be used only for accurate editorial, publication, and other purposes authorized by Bitlogix, and only in accordance with these guidelines and the Bitlogix Terms of Use.

Use each asset in a context that clearly and accurately relates to Bitlogix or the applicable Bitlogix product or service. The purpose of the asset’s use should be apparent from the surrounding content.

Do not use a Bitlogix asset in a manner that:

• Suggests sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, certification, or affiliation without prior written authorization.

• Misrepresents the source, ownership, or origin of a product, service, publication, communication, or event.

• Identifies or promotes a product or service that does not originate from or have authorization from Bitlogix.

• Is misleading, unlawful, defamatory, disparaging, or likely to harm the reputation or goodwill of Bitlogix.

• Incorporates the asset into another organization’s name, trademark, logo, domain name, social media identity, product identity, or other brand element.

• Uses the asset for merchandise, advertising, sales materials, or other commercial or promotional purposes without prior written authorization.

Where reasonably practical, include the following trademark attribution:
