Partner Logo Use Requirements

• Use of the Bitlogix NetControl Partner logo requires current written authorization from Bitlogix Corporation.

• Use the logo only in the form provided by Bitlogix and only for the purpose covered by the applicable authorization or partner agreement.

• The logo may be resized proportionally, but it may not be stretched, compressed, cropped, rotated, recolored, redrawn, animated, or otherwise modified.

• Maintain sufficient clear space around the logo so that it remains visually distinct. Place the logo on a background that preserves adequate contrast and legibility.

• Do not add shadows, outlines, patterns, gradients, effects, taglines, product names, or other elements to the logo.

• The partner logo may appear near the authorized partner’s own name or logo, but the two marks must remain separate and must not be combined into a single logo, design, or visual identity.

• Do not use the partner logo as the primary or most prominent brand element in a communication. The authorized partner’s own identity should remain clearly distinguishable.

• Do not incorporate the partner logo into a company name, product name, service name, trademark, logo, domain name, social media identity, publication title, event identity, or other brand element.

• Do not use the partner logo in a manner that suggests that Bitlogix owns, operates, controls, sponsors, certifies, or endorses the authorized organization or any of its products or services beyond the actual scope of the relationship.

• Do not use the partner logo to make claims about product compatibility, technical certification, performance, service capabilities, geographic authorization, or support status unless those claims have been expressly approved by Bitlogix.

• The logo may not be sublicensed, transferred, distributed, or made available for use by another organization, contractor, customer, affiliate, or third party without prior written authorization from Bitlogix.

• When the partner logo is used as a hyperlink, it must direct to the official Bitlogix or NetControl website unless Bitlogix has authorized another destination.

• Authorization to use the partner logo ends when the applicable partnership, authorization, or agreement expires, is suspended, or is terminated. Upon termination, the organization must discontinue new use of the logo and remove it from websites, social media accounts, electronic materials, and future printed materials within a reasonable period.

• Bitlogix may request the correction, replacement, or discontinuation of any use that does not comply with these requirements or accurately represent the authorized relationship.

Digital Asset Use Guidelines

Bitlogix logos, product images, product photographs, partner marks, and other brand assets are owned by Bitlogix Corporation or used with permission. These materials are protected by applicable trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property laws.

The availability of an asset on this website does not transfer ownership or grant a general license to use it. Assets may be used only for accurate editorial, publication, and other purposes authorized by Bitlogix, and only in accordance with these guidelines and the Bitlogix Terms of Use.

Use each asset in a context that clearly and accurately relates to Bitlogix or the applicable Bitlogix product or service. The purpose of the asset’s use should be apparent from the surrounding content.

Do not use a Bitlogix asset in a manner that:

• Suggests sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, certification, or affiliation without prior written authorization.

• Misrepresents the source, ownership, or origin of a product, service, publication, communication, or event.

• Identifies or promotes a product or service that does not originate from or have authorization from Bitlogix.

• Is misleading, unlawful, defamatory, disparaging, or likely to harm the reputation or goodwill of Bitlogix.

• Incorporates the asset into another organization’s name, trademark, logo, domain name, social media identity, product identity, or other brand element.

• Uses the asset for merchandise, advertising, sales materials, or other commercial or promotional purposes without prior written authorization.

Where reasonably practical, include the following trademark attribution:

Bitlogix® and NetControl® are registered trademarks of Bitlogix Corporation in the United States. The Bitlogix logo and other Bitlogix brand elements are trademarks of Bitlogix Corporation. These marks may be protected in other countries.

Any use not expressly covered by these guidelines requires prior written approval from Bitlogix. Please contact Bitlogix and describe the proposed use, publication or medium, intended audience, geographic distribution, and expected duration.
