Social Media Profile Image Use Requirements

• Use the Bitlogix social media profile image only in the form provided by Bitlogix.

• The image may be resized proportionally, but it may not be stretched, compressed, cropped, rotated, recolored, redrawn, animated, or otherwise modified.

• Do not remove or alter the Bitlogix logo, background, spacing, proportions, or other elements included in the supplied image.

• Do not add usernames, account handles, verification symbols, badges, slogans, borders, patterns, gradients, shadows, effects, or other design elements to the image.

• Do not use the image as the profile image, avatar, account icon, channel image, application icon, favicon, or digital identity of a third party.

• Do not use the image in a manner that suggests that an account, page, channel, group, publication, application, or other communication is owned, operated, sponsored, endorsed, verified, or approved by Bitlogix when it is not.

• Do not use the image to create an account or online presence that could reasonably be confused with an official Bitlogix account.

• Do not incorporate the image into another organization’s logo, social media identity, account branding, website identity, product identity, or other brand element.

• When the image is used to identify an official Bitlogix social media account, the surrounding text, account name, and hyperlink must be accurate.

• When the image is used as a hyperlink, it must direct to the applicable official Bitlogix social media account or to the official Bitlogix website unless Bitlogix has authorized another destination.

• Screenshots of official Bitlogix posts may include the profile image as it originally appeared. Screenshots should not be altered in a manner that changes the meaning, source, date, authorship, or context of the original communication.

Bitlogix logos, product images, product photographs, partner marks, and other brand assets are owned by Bitlogix Corporation or used with permission. These materials are protected by applicable trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property laws.

The availability of an asset on this website does not transfer ownership or grant a general license to use it. Assets may be used only for accurate editorial, publication, and other purposes authorized by Bitlogix, and only in accordance with these guidelines and the Bitlogix Terms of Use.

Use each asset in a context that clearly and accurately relates to Bitlogix or the applicable Bitlogix product or service. The purpose of the asset’s use should be apparent from the surrounding content.

Do not use a Bitlogix asset in a manner that:

• Suggests sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, certification, or affiliation without prior written authorization.

• Misrepresents the source, ownership, or origin of a product, service, publication, communication, or event.

• Identifies or promotes a product or service that does not originate from or have authorization from Bitlogix.

• Is misleading, unlawful, defamatory, disparaging, or likely to harm the reputation or goodwill of Bitlogix.

• Incorporates the asset into another organization’s name, trademark, logo, domain name, social media identity, product identity, or other brand element.

• Uses the asset for merchandise, advertising, sales materials, or other commercial or promotional purposes without prior written authorization.
