Hardware Image Use Requirements

• Use Bitlogix hardware images only in the form provided by Bitlogix.

• Images may be resized proportionally, but they may not be stretched, compressed, rotated, redrawn, recolored, or otherwise modified in a way that changes the appearance of the product.

• Do not remove, obscure, replace, or alter product labels, model numbers, trademarks, connectors, controls, or other visible product features.

• Cropping is permitted only when it does not remove important product details, distort the product, or create a misleading representation.

• Do not add accessories, interfaces, displays, packaging, certifications, labels, or product features that are not present in the original image.

• Do not place the product image in a context that suggests a feature, compatibility, certification, application, or performance claim that Bitlogix has not made.

• The product name and model number used in captions or surrounding text must be accurate. Do not use an image of one Bitlogix product to represent a different model or product family.

• Do not use an image in a manner that suggests the product is manufactured, sold, endorsed, certified, or supported by another organization unless that relationship has been authorized by Bitlogix.

• Product images should not be used to imply current availability, pricing, specifications, or support status. Refer to the applicable Bitlogix product page or contact Bitlogix for current product information.

Digital Asset Use Guidelines

Bitlogix logos, product images, product photographs, partner marks, and other brand assets are owned by Bitlogix Corporation or used with permission. These materials are protected by applicable trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property laws.

The availability of an asset on this website does not transfer ownership or grant a general license to use it. Assets may be used only for accurate editorial, publication, and other purposes authorized by Bitlogix, and only in accordance with these guidelines and the Bitlogix Terms of Use.

Use each asset in a context that clearly and accurately relates to Bitlogix or the applicable Bitlogix product or service. The purpose of the asset’s use should be apparent from the surrounding content.

Do not use a Bitlogix asset in a manner that:

• Suggests sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, certification, or affiliation without prior written authorization.

• Misrepresents the source, ownership, or origin of a product, service, publication, communication, or event.

• Identifies or promotes a product or service that does not originate from or have authorization from Bitlogix.

• Incorporates the asset into another organization’s name, trademark, logo, domain name, social media identity, product identity, or other brand element.

• Uses the asset for merchandise, advertising, sales materials, or other commercial or promotional purposes without prior written authorization.
