NetControl Asset Use Requirements

• Use NetControl logos and product images only in the form provided by Bitlogix.

• NetControl logo artwork may be resized proportionally, but it may not be stretched, compressed, cropped, rotated, recolored, redrawn, animated, or otherwise modified.

• Maintain sufficient clear space around each logo so that it remains visually distinct. Place the logo on a background that preserves adequate contrast and legibility.

• Do not remove, reposition, obscure, or alter the Bitlogix name, the NetControl name, trademark symbols, registered trademark symbols, descriptive wording, or other elements included in the supplied artwork.

• Do not add shadows, outlines, patterns, gradients, effects, taglines, or other design elements to the NetControl logo.

• Do not combine the NetControl logo with another name, logo, symbol, or design element. Do not incorporate it into the name, logo, product identity, publication identity, event identity, or visual identity of another organization.

• Do not use the NetControl logo within running text or as a substitute for the word NetControl in a headline, title, or sentence.

• Select the logo variation that is appropriate for the surrounding context. Do not create a new variation by separating, rearranging, or combining elements from the supplied logo files.

• Product packaging images may be resized proportionally and cropped when necessary, provided that the crop does not remove important product information or create a misleading representation.

• Do not remove, replace, obscure, or alter product names, trademarks, labels, packaging details, or other visible elements of the product image.

• Do not use the logo or packaging image to suggest a feature, compatibility, certification, application, or performance claim that Bitlogix has not made.

• Product names and descriptions used in captions or surrounding text must be accurate. Do not use a NetControl image to represent another Bitlogix product or an unrelated product.

• NetControl assets should not be used to imply current pricing, availability, packaging, specifications, support status, or compatibility. Refer to the applicable Bitlogix product page or contact Bitlogix for current product information.

• When a NetControl asset is used as a hyperlink, it must direct to the official NetControl or Bitlogix website unless Bitlogix has authorized another destination.

Digital Asset Use Guidelines

Bitlogix logos, product images, product photographs, partner marks, and other brand assets are owned by Bitlogix Corporation or used with permission. These materials are protected by applicable trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property laws.

The availability of an asset on this website does not transfer ownership or grant a general license to use it. Assets may be used only for accurate editorial, publication, and other purposes authorized by Bitlogix, and only in accordance with these guidelines and the Bitlogix Terms of Use.

Use each asset in a context that clearly and accurately relates to Bitlogix or the applicable Bitlogix product or service. The purpose of the asset’s use should be apparent from the surrounding content.

Do not use a Bitlogix asset in a manner that:

• Suggests sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, certification, or affiliation without prior written authorization.

• Misrepresents the source, ownership, or origin of a product, service, publication, communication, or event.

• Identifies or promotes a product or service that does not originate from or have authorization from Bitlogix.

• Is misleading, unlawful, defamatory, disparaging, or likely to harm the reputation or goodwill of Bitlogix.

• Incorporates the asset into another organization’s name, trademark, logo, domain name, social media identity, product identity, or other brand element.

• Uses the asset for merchandise, advertising, sales materials, or other commercial or promotional purposes without prior written authorization.

Where reasonably practical, include the following trademark attribution:

Any use not expressly covered by these guidelines requires prior written approval from Bitlogix. Please contact Bitlogix and describe the proposed use, publication or medium, intended audience, geographic distribution, and expected duration.
