QuickLogix announces name change to Bitlogix Software LLC

DALLAS, Texas, December 1, 2004 – QuickLogix International announced today that the company’s shareholders and board of directors approved a name change to Bitlogix Software LLC, effective immediately. The Company’s website has been changed to www.bitlogix.com.

Robert Sterzing, CEO of the company, commented, “Our success and growth in recent times is a testament to our attention to customer needs and our core competency in TCP/IP based Media Control Software. The Bitlogix brand is synonymous with advanced control technology and exceptional software design. Consolidating the company and product identities under one brand will increase awareness of Bitlogix around the world. Bitlogix develops software tools for audiovisual applications to assist in controlling and maintaining audiovisual equipment over a LAN/WAN. The Bitlogix NetControl® software gives the user the ability to do remote maintenance of audiovisual equipment over a TCP/IP network without actually seeing the AV equipment. It is designed to run in 24/7 applications. NetControl® is compatible for use with Microsoft® Windows® 2000 and Microsoft® Windows® XP.
