February 23, 2005
DALLAS, Texas, February 23, 2005 – Bitlogix Software LLC announces a new version of the Bitlogix™ NetControl® Starter software. The 1.5 software version supports the EIKI NPC-1 TCP/IP network interface and over seventy different EIKI projector models. The new software allows users to control EIKI projectors over a LAN/WAN connection. Basic control features, such as power on/off, change inputs, lens focus and zoom, volume control, are included in the software. NetControl Starter was designed to meet the growing need for easy-to-use network control software for audiovisual equipment. The software is available at no charge to registered NetControl Starter Package users and can be downloaded from the www.bitlogix.com website.
If users need more control and reporting features for their audiovisual equipment the use of the NetControl® Advanced software is suggested. NetControl® Advanced is a software based media control system for central control and maintenance of AV equipment over the LAN/WAN. The integrated Anti-Theft-Control and the Event Scheduler help audiovisual departments from churches and universities to corporations keep full control over their equipment. NetControl® Advanced and NetControl® Starter can be used at the same time over the network to control and maintain projector equipment.
