Bitlogix NetControl 2.9 Projector Control Software Now Shipping with Advanced PJLink Support

Bitlogix releases a major software update of its top selling network projector control solution NetControl®. The new NetControl 2.9 version offers full support for the industry standard PJLINK projector protocol. NetControl helps customers to reduce operating costs of audio visual equipment in large networks and provides remote control capabilities for projector maintenance. 

DALLAS, Texas, October 31, 2012 – Bitlogix Software LLC today announced the immediate availability of Bitlogix NetControl 2.9, the latest version of the innovative projector control software for LAN and WAN environments. NetControl includes support for the industry standard PJLINK network projector control protocol together with additional support for network projectors and flat panels displays from over 37 different manufacturers.

NetControl provides a solution for IT administrators and AV technicians to remotely manage large groups of projectors and flat panel displays connected to a network. Users can schedule power down times during the night hours, plan more efficiently device cleaning cycles and receive email usage reports for projector lamps. NetControl helps organizations to reduce maintenance and operating costs of their projector and display equipment.

NetControl's integrated control interface gives IT help desk operators direct control of all installed audio visual devices and allows simultaneous management of all projectors over the network. With the help of NetControl the average costs of support requests can be dramatically lowered by solving equipment problems remotely.
