Question about your order

How soon can I expect the processing of my order after placing the order online or by fax/phone?

Answer:
We normally process all order within 24 hours. If we have additional question we will contact you by e-mail or call you directly.


Question about installing your software

I tried to enter the installation password after starting the setup.exe application. The OK button is still deactivated. What did I do wrong?

Answer:
All passwords are case-sensitive. To make sure the password is typed in correctly please copy and paste the password from your confirmation e-mail.


Question about the software license key

How can I upgrade my NetControl Advanced software with additional license keys?

Answer:
Please select the item "About..." in the "Help" menu. Click the "Change License Key" button and enter your additional license information. Follow the same procedure if you are running the trial version . The only difference is that you have to select the "Register" button.
